The invention discloses a harmless regeneration treatment method for waste rock wool, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (1) mixing the waste rock wool with waste alkali liquor, and reacting under stirring; (2) adding clay into the reaction product obtained in the step (1), and reacting under heating and stirring; (3) the reaction product obtained in the step (2) is evenly mixed with solid waste, reaction is conducted under stirring, and the solid waste is selected from at least one of furnace ash and slag and gasified slag; and finally reacting to obtain the building brick material. According to the method, the waste rock wool and the waste alkali liquor are cooperatively treated, and harmless regeneration treatment of the waste rock wool is realized in a manner of treating waste with waste.
