Comprising a bearing platform, a bearing groove is formed in the top of the bearing platform, a connecting column is arranged at the bottom of the bearing groove, and an annular reinforcing mesh is arranged on the side wall of the bearing groove; the pier column is internally provided with a grouting channel, the pier column comprises an upper layer pier column, a lower layer pier column and a plurality of middle pier columns, the bottom of the lower layer pier column is provided with a socket step, the socket step comprises a first mounting part and a second mounting part, a connecting groove is formed between the first mounting part and the second mounting part, and the connecting groove is matched with the connecting column; the height from the end face of the first mounting part to the bottom of the connecting groove is a first height, and the height from the end face of the second mounting part to the bottom of the connecting groove is a second height.
