The numerical value of the second flow meter is equal to that of the first flow meter; the computer calculates the sand content in the mixing bin according to the turbidity value, if the sand content is inconsistent with the target sand content, the water inflow is kept unchanged, the rotating speed of the motor is integrally adjusted, and a water outlet system is started when the water level reaches the set water level.
