SAND SEDIMENTATION TANK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand sedimentation tank capable of reducing transport cost and construction cost and shortening construction period.SOLUTION: A sand sedimentation tank 1, which sediments sand contained in a liquid flowing thereinto to separate the sand from the liquid and discharges the liquid after the sand removal, is entirely formed of a plastic material. The sand sedimentation tank 1 includes a plurality of face plate members 21, a plurality of side plate members 22, and a plurality of partition members 23, which are combined by concave-convex fitting. The face plate members form upper and lower surfaces of the sand sedimentation tank, the side plate members form side surfaces of the sand sedimentation tank in a longitudinal direction, and the partition members form side surfaces of the sand sedimentation tank in a width direction and partition the sand sedimentation tank in the longitudinal direction. Each partition member can include a through hole 23a that extends through the partition member in a thickness direction and has a size allowing a human to pass therethrough. The sand sedimentation tank is provided in a previous stage of a rainwater storage and infiltration facility, thereby allowing construction periods of the sand sedimentation tank and the rainwater storage and infiltration facility to be substantially matched and shortening the entire construction period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】輸送コストや施工コストを低く抑え、工期を短縮することができる沈砂槽を提供する。【解決手段】流入する液体に含まれる砂を沈降分離し、砂を分離した後の液体を排出する沈砂槽であって、全体がプラスチック材料からなる沈砂槽1。複数の面板部材21と、複数の側板部材22と、複数の仕切部材23とが凹凸嵌合により組み合わされて構成され、面板部材は、沈砂槽の上面及び下面を形成し、側板部材は、沈砂槽の長手方向の側面を形成し、仕切部材は、沈砂槽の短手方向の側面を形成すると共に、長手方向に沈砂槽を仕切る。仕切部材は、その厚み方向に貫通し、人間が通り抜けることができる程度の大きさの貫通孔23aを備えることができ、雨水貯留浸透施設の前段に設けることで、沈砂槽と雨水貯留浸透施設の工期を略々一致させることができ、全体的な工期の短縮を図ることができる。【選択図】図1
