A pile hole soil cleaning mechanism for constructional engineering comprises a supporting base, a sliding rail, an electric hoist and a soil cleaning mechanism body. The soil cleaning mechanism comprises a steel wire rope, a connecting piece and a shell. One end of a main connecting rod is fixed to the center of the bottom plate, the other end of the main connecting rod is fixed to a motor working bin, the bottom plate is composed of long plates, hinge columns and hinge columns, one hinge column is fixed between every two long plates, and the long plates rotate around the hinge columns. In the using process, when the soil loading area is full of soil, the bottom plate can deform in the direction away from the partition plate, so that the utilization efficiency of the internal space of the soil loading area is improved, meanwhile, the main connecting rod is driven to move in the direction of the bottom plate, the soil cleaning mechanism is made to stop automatically, and waste of manual resources is reduced.
