The invention provides an anchoring assembly, a steel pipe concrete column and a construction method thereof.The steel pipe concrete column comprises a steel pipe and the anchoring assembly, a through hole is formed in the circumferential wall of the steel pipe, the anchoring assembly comprises a first anchoring block and a first fastener, the first anchoring block is provided with a first threaded hole, and a threaded rod of the first fastener is connected with the first threaded hole; the first anchoring block can penetrate through the through hole to be inserted into the circumferential wall, and the rod section of the first fastener penetrates through the through hole and is rotatably and/or movably arranged to drive the first anchoring block to rotate and/or move, so that the abutting end face of the first anchoring block abuts against the inner wall face of the circumferential wall; the head of the first fastening piece can abut against the outer wall face of the circumferential wall, the circumferential wall is filled with the concrete so that the first anchoring block can be limited in the circumferential wall, and the steel beam and the first anchoring block can be detachably connected in a threaded mode through the first fastening piece or the second fastening piece. According to the steel pipe concrete column, the bearing capacity is improved, and meanwhile construction convenience is improved.
