The fence assembly has the beneficial effects that the mounting column in the fence assembly is matched with the base which is provided with the spherical crosspiece and movably arranged at the bottom of the mounting base, so that the crosspiece and a mounting column support can be freely adjusted by a required angle on a rugged road surface, and the fence assembly is fixed through the fixing assembly; the problem that the safety fence cannot be adaptively installed when the terrain is complex is solved.
