The invention relates to the technical field of wood floors, and discloses an antiviral and anti-deformation composite floor and a production process thereof.The antiviral and anti-deformation composite floor is characterized in that a functional layer is arranged on the bottom face of a solid wood layer and comprises bottom aluminum, an inorganic base material layer and an aluminum sheet, and the aluminum sheet is located above the inorganic base material layer and below the solid wood layer; the bottom surface of the inorganic base material layer is connected with bottom aluminum, the surfaces of the solid wood layer, the bottom aluminum, the inorganic base material layer and the aluminum sheet are coated with antiviral coatings, and the bottom aluminum, the inorganic base material layer, the aluminum sheet and the solid wood layer are compounded through cold pressing. The produced composite floor has the antiviral effect and is safer and healthier to use, compared with a traditional pure solid wood floor, solid wood materials of the solid wood layer are greatly reduced, meanwhile, higher deformation resistance is achieved, the whole composite floor has the high damp-proof effect and insect prevention effect due to the functional layer, and the service life of the composite floor is prolonged. And the composite floor is more convenient and stable to mount, and the thinner solid wood layer cannot be cracked or damaged due to splicing.
