Wherein the mass ratio of the calcium powder to the PVC is (3-5.5): 1; the short fibers are subjected to chopping treatment, modification treatment or PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) melting wrapping granulation treatment, and the length of the short fibers is 5-30mm. The PVC floor prepared by the production process is good in material fusion and integrity, high in strength, low in expansion, resistant to deformation and stable in size.
