The invention discloses an underground coal gangue filling material and a preparation method thereof. The underground coal gangue filling material comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-150 parts of coal gangue machine-made sand, 60-80 parts of coal gangue fragments, 15-30 parts of fly ash, 10-20 parts of cement, 2-5 parts of sodium hydroxide, 5-10 parts of talcum powder, 5-10 parts of gypsum, 5-10 parts of calcium oxide, 0.5-1 part of a water reducing agent and 20-60 parts of water. According to the preparation method, full reaction among the raw materials can be promoted by limiting all the raw materials and using amounts and then through a specific mixing mode, specifically, coal gangue is modified through sodium hydroxide, and then calcium oxide and gypsum are supplemented, so that cross-linking reaction between coal gangue powder and other raw materials can be facilitated; in addition, the particle size of the coal gangue blocks is limited, so that the distribution of the raw material components can better improve the compression resistance of the filling material.
本发明公开了一种井下煤矸石充填料及其制备方法,所述井下煤矸石充填料包括如下重量份原料:煤矸石机制砂100~150份、煤矸石碎块60~80份、粉煤灰15~30份、水泥10~20份、氢氧化钠2~5份、滑石粉5~10份、石膏5~10份、氧化钙5~10份、减水剂0.5~1份和水20~60份;本发明通过各原料和用量的限定,再通过特定的混合方式,能够促进各原料之间的充分反应,具体地,通过氢氧化钠先对煤矸石进行改性处理,再辅以氧化钙和石膏能够有利于煤矸石粉与其他原料之间的交联反应,提高各原料之间的结合性能,此外,经过对煤矸石块粒径的限定,使得各原料组分分布能够更好的提高填充料的抗压性能。
