The invention provides a steel rail transportation device and method, the steel rail transportation device comprises a transportation group, a plurality of rotating seats and a plurality of carrying assemblies, the transportation group comprises a plurality of rail flat cars, each rail flat car is provided with the rotating seat, and the carrying assemblies are in running fit with the rotating seats and can rotate around the vertical axis; the rolling mechanism is in running fit with the rail flat car and can support the carrying assembly and reduce the rotating resistance of the carrying assembly. When the transportation marshalling passes through a curve road section, the two adjacent rail flat cars rotate relatively, due to the existence of the rotating seats, the multiple carrying assemblies can rotate and be adjusted to proper angles in a self-adaptive mode so as to be kept on the same straight line, rollover of the rail flat cars can be avoided, and the transportation marshalling can smoothly pass through the curve road section.
本发明提供了一种钢轨运输装置及运输方法，钢轨运输装置包括运输编组、多个旋转座及多个运载组件，运输编组包括多辆轨道平车，每个轨道平车上均设有旋转座，运载组件与旋转座转动配合，能够绕竖向轴线旋转，滚动机构与轨道平车转动配合，能够支撑运载组件并减小运载组件的转动阻力。当运输编组经过曲线路段时，相邻的两个轨道平车之间发生相对转动，由于旋转座的存在，多个运载组件可自适应地转动调节至适当的角度以保持在一条直线上，能够避免发生轨道平车发生侧翻，使运输编组能够顺利通过曲线路段。
