The invention discloses a novel prefabricated assembly type double-layer concrete-filled steel tube pier column segment connecting device which comprises an upper prefabricated double-layer concrete-filled steel tube segment, a lower prefabricated double-layer concrete-filled steel tube segment, an energy absorption ring, a prestressed tendon, an energy dissipation shape memory alloy, a reserved bolt and a matched nut. Wherein the prefabricated double-layer concrete-filled steel tube section comprises an outer-layer steel tube, interlayer concrete and an inner-layer steel tube; the energy absorption ring is made of polyurethane foam materials and is filled between the inner steel pipe and the sleeve. The prestressed tendons penetrate through the prefabricated double-layer concrete-filled steel tube sections from the interiors of the inner steel tubes, and the two ends of the prestressed tendons are anchored to a bottom bearing platform and a top cover beam of the pier. The device has the characteristics of high dynamic load resistance, convenience in construction and self-resetting capability.
