A spherical hinge device of a large railway bridge comprises a horizontal bearing piece, a plurality of annular supporting pieces are sequentially arranged on the upper portion of the horizontal bearing piece outwards, a plurality of limiting columns inserted into the ground are further arranged between the annular supporting pieces, and then an upper spherical hinge and a lower spherical hinge can be installed only by building a plane through the annular supporting pieces. After the bridge main support is installed on the upper spherical hinge, the upper spherical hinge can rotate normally, the anti-roll capacity of the bridge main support can be improved in the mode that the supporting pieces are arranged between the bridge main support and the annular supporting table, and it can be seen through the structure that the connectivity of all parts of the device is higher than that of existing equipment; therefore, compared with an existing spherical hinge design, the spherical hinge is better in stability and higher in anti-roll capacity and anti-settling capacity, and meanwhile normal rotation of a main support of a bridge is not affected.
一种大型铁路桥梁的球铰装置,包括水平承托件,所述水平承托件的上方向外依次设置有多个环形支撑件,并且环形支撑件间还设置有多个插入地面的限位柱,之后,只需要通过上述环形支撑件搭建平面,即可进行上球铰及下球铰的安装,并且在上球铰安装桥梁总支撑后,其能够正常转动,且通过在桥梁总支撑及环形支撑台间设置支撑件的方式,能够提升上述桥梁总支撑的抗侧倾能力,通过上述结构能够看出,上述装置各个部件间的连接性相比于现有设备更强,因此区别于现有的球铰设计,稳定性更好,同时具备更强的抗侧倾能力及抗沉降能力,与此同时,还不会影响桥梁总支撑的正常转动。
