An annular block is arranged between the two mounting grooves, and the side face of the annular block slides along the inner side faces of the two mounting grooves. When an upper tubular concrete sub-pile and a lower tubular concrete sub-pile are connected, a worker only needs to move a second connecting block into a first sliding groove, the second connecting block drives the first mounting block to be arranged on two movable rods in a sleeving mode, and then the two movable rods are connected; and meanwhile, the two movable rods play a role in limiting the first mounting block through the two second mounting blocks, the two tubular concrete sub-piles can be conveniently connected and fixed through the first mounting block, the stability of the two tubular concrete sub-piles is improved, and operation of workers is facilitated.
