Stamping anchor pipe and method for soil slope reinforcement
The stamping anchor pipe comprises an anchor pipe body, an inflation expansion device and an anchoring part, a cavity communicated with an upper opening and a lower opening is formed in the anchor pipe body, the detachable inflation expansion device is installed in the anchor pipe body, and in the initial state, the outer diameter of the inflation expansion device is smaller than the inner diameter of the anchor pipe; in the working state, the anchor pipe body expands to be matched with the inner diameter of the anchor pipe body, a plurality of through groove sets are formed in the anchor pipe body, each through groove set comprises a plurality of through grooves which are evenly distributed, and an anchoring part is arranged in each groove. In the working state, the inflation expansion device expands to push the anchoring part to stretch out in the radial direction and pierce into the soil body to achieve the anchoring effect, meanwhile, the limiting device limits the anchoring part in the through groove, and finally, grouting is conducted in the anchor pipe to fill the gap. According to the method, the project progress can be accelerated, the extra cost generated by prolonging the construction period is reduced, and the adverse effects of rainfall and other environmental factors on the construction process can be effectively relieved.
一种用于土质边坡加固的冲压锚管及方法,包括锚管本体、充气膨胀装置和锚固件,锚管本体内有与上下开口连通的空腔,并安装有可拆卸的充气膨胀装置,初始状态下,充气膨胀装置外径小于锚管内径,工作状态时膨胀到与锚管本体内径相匹配,锚管本体上有多组贯通槽组,每组包括均匀布设的多个贯通槽,每个槽内有一个锚固件。工作状态时,充气膨胀装置膨胀,推动锚固件径向伸出并扎入土体,起到锚固作用,同时限位装置将锚固件限位在贯通槽内,最后,向锚管内注浆,填满间隙。本发明不仅有助于加快工程进度,减少因施工周期延长而产生的额外成本,还能有效减轻降雨等环境因素对施工过程造成的不利影响。
