Wallboard mounting robot
A wallboard mounting robot relates to the field of buildings and comprises a vehicle body, a driving mechanism is mounted in the vehicle body, a vertical lifting mechanism is arranged at the front end of the vehicle body, a rotating electric cylinder is mounted on the vehicle body, a lifting frame is mounted on the vertical lifting mechanism, a moving plate is slidably matched with the lifting frame, and a rotating mechanism is mounted on the moving plate. A clamping mechanism is connected to the rotating mechanism, and a balancing weight is arranged at the bottom of the vehicle body. The overall structure is stable and flexible to move, and the stability is enhanced through the balancing weight; through precise cooperation of the vertical lifting mechanism and the rotary electric cylinder, free positioning and precise control of the clamping mechanism in a three-dimensional space are achieved. Due to the ingenious design of the clamping mechanism, the wallboards with different thicknesses can be firmly clamped, and the wallboards can be prevented from being damaged; and through automatic control of the electric cylinders and the motors, high precision and high flexibility of the robot in the wallboard mounting process are ensured.
