Node structure for reinforcing concrete column through precast concrete enclosure and reinforcing method
The invention discloses a node structure for reinforcing a concrete column through a prefabricated concrete enclosure and a reinforcing method. A node comprises an original concrete column, a prefabricated concrete enclosure reinforcing layer arranged on the periphery of the original concrete column and a combining layer arranged between the prefabricated concrete enclosure reinforcing layer and the original concrete column. Each prefabricated concrete surrounding sleeve reinforcing layer comprises longitudinal load-bearing steel bars, horizontal stirrups connected with the longitudinal load-bearing steel bars, a connecting steel plate, a grouting sleeve and a concrete structure layer, and the two prefabricated concrete surrounding sleeve reinforcing layers are in butt joint to form surrounding of an original concrete column and are welded and fixed through the connecting steel plates; the longitudinal load-bearing steel bars between the upper floor slab and the lower floor slab are connected through joint area connecting longitudinal bars, and the two ends of each joint area connecting longitudinal bar are connected with the grouting sleeves at the corresponding positions. Beam-penetrating stirrups and cast-in-place structural layers are arranged in the beam height range to connect the prefabricated concrete surrounding sleeve reinforcing layers between the upper floor slab and the lower floor slab. The structure has the advantages of being simple in structure, convenient to construct, high in strength and large in lateral stiffness.
本发明公开了一种预制混凝土围套加固混凝土柱的节点构造及加固方法,节点包括原有混凝土柱、设置在原有混凝土柱外围的预制混凝土围套加固层以及设置在预制混凝土围套加固层与原有混凝土柱之间的结合层;预制混凝土围套加固层包括纵向受力钢筋、连接纵向受力钢筋的水平箍筋、连接钢板、灌浆套筒以及混凝土结构层,两片预制混凝土围套加固层对接形成对原有混凝土柱的围合并通过连接钢板焊接固定;上下楼板间的纵向受力钢筋通过节点区连接纵筋连接,节点区连接纵筋的两端分别与对应位置的灌浆套筒连接;梁高范围内设穿梁箍筋以及现浇结构层将上下楼板间的预制混凝土围套加固层连接。本申请具有结构简单,施工便捷,强度高,抗侧刚度大的优点。
