A door body of the cooking utensil is installed on a machine body of the cooking utensil through the hinge, the hinge comprises a shell, a door hook and a driving assembly, the door hook is arranged on the shell in a rotatable mode and has an open state and a closed state, and the driving assembly is arranged on the shell and comprises an elastic piece and a friction mechanism. The elastic piece is connected with the shell and the door hook, resilience force of the elastic piece drives the door hook to have the trend of switching to the closed state, the friction mechanism is in transmission connection with the door hook and provides damping for rotation of the door hook relative to the shell, and the friction mechanism is provided with an eccentric friction pair with the adjustable eccentric angle. The eccentric friction pair is arranged to adjust the eccentric angle according to the specification of the door body. When the specification of the door body is changed, the friction force output by the friction mechanism is changed by adjusting the eccentric angle of the eccentric friction pair, so that the mounting requirements of door bodies of different specifications are met, and the universality of the hinge is improved.
