The hinge comprises a shell, a door hook, an elastic assembly and is characterized in that the shell is used for being connected with a first structural part of the cooking utensil, the door hook is rotatably arranged on the shell and used for being matched with a second structural part of the cooking utensil, and the door hook has an open state and a closed state; the elastic assembly is installed on the shell and matched with the door hook, resilience force of the elastic assembly is at least used for driving the door hook to have the trend of switching to the closed state within a preset opening angle, the friction assembly is installed on the shell and is in transmission connection with the door hook, and the friction assembly is arranged to provide friction force for the door hook outside the preset opening angle. When the hinge is arranged on the cooking utensil and the opening angle of the door body is larger than the preset opening angle, the friction assembly generates friction force, under the action of the friction force, the door hook and the door body can be kept at the opened angle, hovering of the door body is achieved, and the use experience of a user is improved.
