When the photovoltaic panel is mounted, the photovoltaic panel is pressed downwards, the fixed block and the rotating groove move relatively and drive the mounting rotating rod to rotate, the sliding piece is close to the edge of the photovoltaic panel in the rotating process of the mounting rotating rod until the sliding piece enters the mounting groove, and mounting of the photovoltaic panel is completed; in the installation process, an operator only needs to press the photovoltaic panel downwards to complete installation, and the effect of simplifying the installation steps to a certain extent is achieved.
