The invention relates to the technical field of recycling of waste slurry, in particular to a modification treatment and recycling construction method for subway shield waste slurry. The method comprises the steps that subway shield waste mud is obtained; the mass fraction of montmorillonite in a solid-phase component obtained after the subway shield waste slurry is dried is 30% or above; the subway shield waste slurry is screened, and pretreated waste slurry is obtained; the sand content of the pretreated waste slurry is lower than a set sand content; measuring an original state index of the pretreated waste slurry; determining a modification formula; and modifying the pretreated waste slurry according to the modification formula, and then carrying out field construction application. By adopting the method disclosed by the invention, the subway shield waste mud can be converted into resource cyclic utilization from existing discarding and transporting treatment, so that the discharge of the subway shield waste mud is reduced, the resource utilization of construction wastes is promoted, and the ecological environment is protected.
