Carbonization-cured all-solid waste aerated concrete block and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of building materials, and particularly relates to a carbonized and cured all-solid waste aerated concrete block and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials are prepared from main materials and auxiliary materials. The main materials comprise the following components in percentage by weight: 30-50% of blast furnace slag, 5-25% of steel slag, 20-40% of waste clay bricks, 10-20% of alkaline residues and 5-10% of desulfurized gypsum; the auxiliary materials comprise water, a water reducing agent and a foaming agent. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1) separating the alkaline residues of the ammonia alkaline plant to prepare an alkaline residue aqueous solution precipitate and an alkaline residue aqueous solution supernatant; 2) preparing a dry-mixed main material; (3) preparing mixed slurry; (4) the mixed slurry is sequentially subjected to pouring, standing precuring and cutting demolding; 5) soaking the green body in the alkaline residue aqueous solution supernatant; and (6) carrying out normal-pressure carbonization curing, and naturally cooling. The method can solve the problems of high carbonization maintenance pressure and insufficient solid waste utilization, realizes full solid waste of the raw materials, and has practical significance of energy conservation and emission reduction.
本发明属于建筑材料技术领域,具体涉及一种碳化养护全固废加气混凝土砌块及其制备方法。原料由主料和辅料制成;主料由以下重量百分比的组分组成:高炉渣30~50%、钢渣5~25%、废粘土砖20~40%、碱渣10~20%、脱硫石膏5~10%;辅料包括水、减水剂和发泡剂。该制备方法包括以下步骤:1)将氨碱厂碱渣分离制备碱渣水溶液沉淀物和碱渣水溶液上清液;2)制备干混主料;3)制备混合料浆;4)将混合料浆依次进行浇注、静停预养和切割脱模;5)将坯体放入碱渣水溶液上清液中浸泡;6)进行常压碳化养护,自然冷却。本发明可解决碳化养护压力高、固废利用不充分的问题,并且实现了原料的全固废化,具有节能减排的现实意义。
