The invention discloses a basalt fiber composite silicon dioxide aerogel fireproof material and a preparation method thereof.The preparation method comprises the steps that a hexadecyl ammonium bromide surfactant is adopted to conduct surface modification on basalt fibers, and under the assistance of water bath ultrasound and mechanical stirring, the basalt fibers are subjected to surface modification; the dispersity of basalt fibers in an aqueous solution is well improved, and the gelation rate is catalyzed by adding alkali into basalt and a silica sol solution; according to the method, the hydrophilicity of the fibers is enhanced through modification, a favorable basis is provided for subsequent dispersion and mixing, gel and the fibers are combined more tightly by controlling the pH value, and the gap structure of the basalt fiber composite aerogel is reserved to a great extent through the freeze-drying technology; the mechanical strength of the composite fiber aerogel is enhanced through annealing.
本发明公开了一种玄武岩纤维复合二氧化硅气凝胶防火材料及其制备方法,该制备方法采用十六烷基溴化铵表面活性剂对玄武岩纤维进行表面改性,在水浴超声以及机械搅拌的辅助下,玄武岩纤维在水溶液中的分散性得到了较好的提高,采用在玄武岩和硅溶胶溶液中加入碱催化凝胶化速率;该方法通过改性加强了纤维的亲水性为后续的分散混合提供了有利基础,通过控制pH使得凝胶与纤维的结合更加紧密,冷冻干燥技术极大程度上的保留了玄武岩纤维复合气凝胶本身的空隙结构,退火加强了复合纤维气凝胶本身的机械强度。
