Refractory castable for forming gradient heat preservation on working layer of furnace kiln and use method of refractory castable
The invention relates to a refractory castable for forming gradient heat preservation on a furnace lining. The refractory castable comprises the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70% of aggregate with the particle size of more than or equal to 1mm; 20-35% of fine powder with a particle size of less than or equal to 0.088 mm; 1-3% of fiber; 0.05%-0.1% of a dispersing agent; 0.01%-0.02% of a coagulation accelerator; 5-8% of a binding agent; no more than 20% of alumina foam; water accounting for 6-8% of the total weight of the raw materials is added; the use method comprises the following steps: dividing the working layer in the industrial furnace or the high-temperature container into a working layer I, a working layer II and a working layer III from inside to outside according to the thickness of the working layer, and respectively pouring; preparing a castable of the working layer I; preparing a castable of the second working layer; and preparing a castable of a working layer III. According to the invention, under the condition that the compressive strength of 1500 DEG C * 3h is not lower than 40MPa, the furnace kiln working lining is respectively poured according to the working layer I, the working layer II and the working layer III, and the heat preservation gradient is formed through the density gradient structure design of each layer of castable, so that the heat preservation and heat insulation performance is improved, that is, the surface temperature of the furnace kiln can be reduced by at least 35 DEG C, and the heat transfer is reduced by about 800MJ.
