The invention belongs to the technical field of concrete continuous beam pushing, and particularly relates to a railway prestressed concrete continuous beam integral pushing device which comprises a pushing machine, a pushing cylinder is arranged in the pushing machine, the upper end of a fixing ring is rotationally connected with a gear ring, and a plurality of deicing devices are arranged on the periphery of the gear ring. A pushing cylinder and a deicing motor are started at the same time to enable a deicing cutter to rotate, a deicing device moves upwards to enable the deicing cutter to abut against the concrete continuous beam, ice on the contact face of the concrete continuous beam can be scraped through the deicing cutter, and at the moment, the pushing end continues to move upwards; when the concrete continuous beam is pushed, a sliding cylinder moves downwards through a supporting column to compress a first spring due to pressing of the concrete continuous beam, so that ice on the contact surface of the concrete continuous beam can be continuously scraped by an ice removing cutter, and the phenomenon that the pushing equipment slips when pushing the concrete continuous beam is reduced; the problem that the pushing equipment cannot push the concrete continuous beam due to icing of the contact surface of the concrete continuous beam is solved.
本发明属于混凝土连续梁顶推技术领域,具体的说是一种铁路预应力混凝土连续梁整联顶推装置,包括顶推机,所述顶推机内设有顶推缸,所述固定环的上端转动连接有齿环,所述齿环的四周设置有多个除冰装置;通过启动顶推缸,同时启动除冰电机使除冰刀转动,除冰装置向上移动使除冰刀与混凝土连续梁抵压,即可通过除冰刀刮除混凝土连续梁接触面的冰,此时顶推端继续向上移动,由于受到混凝土连续梁的抵压使滑动筒通过支撑柱向下移动压缩第一弹簧,这样除冰刀即可持续对混凝土连续梁接触面的冰进行持续刮除,减少顶推设备在顶推混凝土连续梁时出现打滑的现象,解决了顶推设备由于混凝土连续梁接触面结冰而无法顶推混凝土连续梁的问题。
