Temporary slope fixing method
The temporary side slope construction method comprises the following steps that an anchoring device is prepared and comprises an anchor rod and a round head rod, a plurality of telescopic openings are formed in the outer wall of the anchor rod, and barbs are rotationally connected to the positions, at the telescopic openings, of the interior of an anchor rod cavity through rotating shafts; laying a dustproof soil covering net on the surface of the slope; the telescopic opening is sealed with an adhesive tape, the anchor rod is inserted into soil at a preset position, and the anchor rod is hammered till the disc-shaped top end of the anchor rod is attached to the ground; the round-head rod is inserted into the anchor rod cavity, the round-head rod is hammered to enable the disc-shaped top end of the round-head rod to press the disc-shaped bottom end to be attached, and in the process that the round-head rod is inserted into the anchor rod cavity, the barb on the anchor rod rotates around the rotating shaft under extrusion of the round-head rod and penetrates into the stratum after passing through the telescopic opening from the interior of the anchor rod cavity; and if the pulling resistance of the anchor rod does not meet the design requirement, the cavity of the round head rod is pressurized and grouted, and grout enters the soil body. According to the method, the barbs of the anchor rods stretch out and penetrate into the stratum to improve the pulling resistance, installation is fast, the effect is remarkable, and the anchoring effect is good.
本发明公开了一种临时边坡施工方法，步骤如下：准备锚固装置，包括锚杆和圆头杆，在锚杆外壁上开有多个伸缩开口，在每个伸缩开口处的锚杆空腔内通过转轴转动连接有倒钩；在边坡表面铺设防尘盖土网；将伸缩开口用胶带封闭，在预定的位置将锚杆插入土内，锤击锚杆至锚杆圆盘形顶端与地面贴合；将圆头杆插入锚杆空腔内，锤击圆头杆使圆头杆的圆盘形顶端压紧圆盘形底端贴合，在圆头杆插入锚杆空腔过程中，锚杆上的倒钩在圆头杆的挤压下绕旋转轴旋转并从锚杆空腔内通过伸缩开口后刺入地层；锚杆抗拔力如不满足设计要求，则在圆头杆的空腔内加压注浆，浆液进入土体。采用本方法通过锚杆倒钩伸出刺入地层增加抗拔能力，安装快捷，效果显著，锚固效果好。
