Construction method for replacing waterside water tank with sunken parking space
In order to solve the problems of difficulty in early-stage construction water consumption, difficulty in concrete curing and the like caused by narrow site, no construction water source, no horizontal transportation road and other limiting factors in the underground construction stage of a project, a sunken parking space is optimized in the project, and a space formed by enclosure of a sunken parking space retaining wall is utilized; the waterproof layer and the fire pump set are additionally arranged on the side wall and the bottom plate to temporarily serve as a water tank for construction, a traditionally purchased temporary fire water tank is replaced, and a temporary water pump room is arranged to meet the requirement for on-site construction water. A method of replacing a temporary water tank with a get-off parking space is adopted in a project, the project cost is reduced, the project site space is saved, and certain reference value is achieved.
针对项目地下施工阶段场地狭小，无施工水源、无水平运输道路等限制因素导致的前期施工用水难，混凝土养护难等问题，项目通过对下沉式车位进行优化，利用下沉式车位挡墙围护形成的空间，通过对侧壁及底板增加防水层与消防泵组来临时充当施工用水箱，代替了传统采购临时消防水箱、设置临时水泵房来满足现场施工用水的需求。项目采用下车式车位代替临时水箱的方法，降低了项目成本，节约了项目场地空间，具有一定的借鉴价值。
