Beam column joint post-pouring aluminum formwork system
A post-pouring aluminum formwork system for a beam-column joint comprises two main beams and two secondary beams which are supported on the edge portion of a supporting column base in a cross shape, first aluminum formworks are vertically arranged on the side faces of the main beams, second aluminum formworks are vertically arranged on the side faces of the secondary beams, the outer side faces of the first aluminum formworks and the outer side faces of the second aluminum formworks are in vertical butt joint, and angle iron is fixedly installed at the vertical butt joint position in a matched mode. A locking mechanism is arranged between the aluminum template A and the aluminum template B; according to the aluminum formwork system, a single-head support is arranged between the upper ends of every two adjacent formworks to form four right-angle locking mechanisms, a double-head support is arranged between the lower ends of the aluminum formworks to form a lower square-frame-shaped locking mechanism, and the locking mechanisms are oppositely pulled, tightened and fixed through vertically-crossed long bolts. By means of the standard locking mechanism, the problems that the space at the beam-column joint is narrow, and operation is inconvenient are solved, the fastening effect of the aluminum formworks between the beam columns is effectively improved, and the post-pouring quality at the beam-column joint is guaranteed.
