The invention relates to building construction, in particular to a metal roof TPO waterproof roll and concrete roof SBS waterproof roll lap joint construction method. The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining an up-and-down paving sequence of coiled materials according to a roof water flowing direction; s2, paving a lower-layer waterproof coiled material, and performing caulking by using asphalt after the lower-layer waterproof coiled material is paved; s3, an upper-layer waterproof roll is laid, and the upper-layer waterproof roll and the lower-layer waterproof roll are laid in a lap joint mode; s4, the lap joint part of the upper-layer waterproof coiled material and the lower-layer waterproof coiled material is fixed through a fixing piece; s5, a waterproof additional layer is laid on the upper portion of the fixing piece; and S6, after paving is completed, a water closing or water spraying test is adopted for detecting the paving position, and whether the leakage phenomenon exists or not is checked. The construction method is convenient, the structure is simple, and the waterproof problem of the junction of the metal roof and the concrete waterproof roll is effectively solved.
本发明涉及建筑施工,特别是一种金属屋面TPO防水卷材与混凝土屋面SBS防水卷材搭接施工方法。按如下步骤进行:S1、根据屋面流水方向确定卷材上下铺贴顺序;S2、下层防水卷材铺贴,下层防水卷材铺贴后,使用沥青进行嵌缝;S3、铺贴上层防水卷材,上层防水卷材与下层防水卷材搭接铺设;S4、上层防水卷材与下层防水卷材的搭接部位用固定件固定;S5、固定件上部铺设防水附加层;S6、铺贴完毕后采用闭水或淋水试验对铺贴处进行检测,检查有无渗漏现象。本发明施工方法方便,结构简单,有效解决了金属屋面与混凝土防水卷材交界处防水的问题。
