Preparation method of nano calcined residue soil and hydrophobic concrete
The preparation method comprises the following steps: drying engineering muck to constant weight under the condition of 85-120 DEG C, crushing the engineering muck by using a crusher, and screening muck powder of which the particle size is less than 0.2 mm by using a screening machine; calcining the screened muck powder for 1-3 hours under the condition of 650-850 DEG C, and cooling at room temperature to obtain calcined muck with volcanic ash activity; the prepared calcined muck is subjected to ball milling for at least 30-60 min according to the ball-to-material ratio of (8-12): 1, and the nano calcined muck is prepared. The nano calcined residue soil can enhance the hydrophobicity of the concrete, so that the impermeability of the concrete to harmful substances such as chloride ions is enhanced; the mechanical property of the concrete is not obviously reduced; and the carrier price is low.
本发明实施例公开了一种纳米煅烧渣土的制备方法及疏水性的混凝土,包括:将工程渣土在85‑120℃的条件下烘干至恒重,用破碎机进行破碎后用筛分机将粒径小于0.2mm的渣土粉末筛分出来;将筛分后的渣土粉末在650‑850℃的条件下煅烧1‑3h,室温冷却得到具有火山灰活性的煅烧渣土;将制得的煅烧渣土按照(8‑12):1的球料比球磨至少30‑60mi n,制得纳米煅烧渣土。本发明利用纳米煅烧渣土可以增强混凝土的疏水性,从而增强混凝土对有害物质比如氯离子的抗渗性;混凝土力学性能无明显下降;载体价格较低。
