The invention discloses a high-durability fiber cement board as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The high-durability fiber cement board is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 30-90 parts of cement, 0-50 parts of fine aggregate, 5-20 parts of lightweight aggregate, 0-20 parts of industrial solid waste, 5-10 parts of building regenerated micro powder, 5-10 parts of hollow natural fiber, 0-10 parts of chemical fiber, 0.3-1 part of an activating agent and 0.1-0.3 part of a fiber dispersing agent. In order to improve the durability of the fiber cement board, the invention provides a curing mode for curing the fiber cement board by using CO2. The carbonization curing of the fiber cement board abandons the traditional autoclaved curing, reduces the resource consumption, seals a large amount of CO2, and has excellent environmental and economic benefits.
