The invention discloses a carbonized and cured high-toughness fiber cement board as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The preparation method of the high-toughness fiber cement board comprises the following steps: uniformly mixing first fibers, a cementing material, an additive and water to obtain slurry, and carrying out beater-addition on the slurry to form a slurry layer; paving a layer of second fiber on the slurry layer to form a fiber layer; beater-addition and paving are repeated, a slurry layer and a fiber layer are prepared in sequence till the specified thickness is achieved, and a plate blank is obtained; and the plate blank is sequentially subjected to pressurization, pre-curing and standing, and then curing is conducted in the CO2 atmosphere. The fiber cement board is produced in a layer-by-layer beater-addition and fiber tiling mode, the dispersity of the fibers is further improved, the fibers are arranged in order, and the fiber utilization rate is high; by adopting carbonization curing, the activity of the cementing material can be fully excited, resource input and environmental pollution can be reduced, and the fiber cement board with higher strength and toughness is obtained.
本发明公开了一种碳化养护的高韧性纤维水泥板及其制备方法和应用。所述高韧性纤维水泥板的制备方法包括如下步骤:将第一纤维、胶凝材料、外加剂和水混匀得到浆料,对浆料进行抄取,形成浆料层;在浆料层上平铺一层第二纤维,形成纤维层;重复抄取和平铺,依次制备浆料层和纤维层,直至到指定厚度,得到板坯;将所述板坯依次进行加压、预养护和静置,然后在CO2气氛中养护即可。本发明通过采用层层抄取加平铺纤维的方式生产纤维水泥板,纤维的分散性得到进一步改善,纤维排布整齐,纤维利用率高;采用碳化养护不仅可以充分激发胶凝材料的活性,还能减少资源输入与环境污染,获得了更高强度和韧性的纤维水泥板。
