The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) sorting, crushing and screening construction wastes, industrial waste residues and river sludge, mixing with water, fully stirring to obtain a mixture, and fermenting the mixture to obtain a fermented mixture; (2) adding water into the fermented mixture again, stirring, and extruding to obtain mud strips; the mud strips are cut into strips to obtain green bricks, the green bricks are naturally air-dried for 3-4 days, and air-dried cold green bricks are obtained; and (3) igniting and roasting the air-dried cold green bricks, and conveying the air-dried cold green bricks to a reduction bin for cooling treatment until the green bricks are formed, so as to obtain the finished archaized black bricks. The antique black brick prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention is environment-friendly and energy-saving, the preparation method disclosed by the invention is high in economic benefit, the quality and productivity of the prepared product are stable and controllable, and the production efficiency is high.
本发明涉及一种仿古青砖的制备方法，涉及建筑材料技术领域。本发明的制备方法如下：((1)取建筑垃圾、工业废渣、江河淤泥经过分选、破碎、分筛后与水混合并充分搅拌后得到混合料，将所述混合料进行发酵，得到发酵后的混合物；(2)将所述发酵后的混合物再次加水搅拌，挤出得到泥条；将泥条进行切条成型得到砖坯，自然风干处理3‑4天，得到风干后的冷砖坯；(3)点火焙烧所述风干后的冷砖坯，送至还原仓进行降温处理，直至砖坯成型，即得仿古青砖成品。通过本发明的制备方法制备得到的仿古青砖，环保、节能，本发明的制备方法经济效益高，制得的产品质量及产能稳定可控，且生产效率高。
