The invention provides a preparation process of an environment-friendly antique black brick, and relates to the field of black bricks. The environment-friendly antique black brick is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 50-70% of waste, 1-3% of fluorite, 2-4% of mullite, 5-8% of quartzite, 0.5-1% of carbon powder and the balance of clay, and the preparation process of the environment-friendly antique black brick comprises the following steps: step 1, mixing materials: adding clear water into the materials according to the proportion, fully mixing into mud, and preparing a blank; step 2, drying: drying the green body in the shade, and solarizing; step 3, firing: putting the dried green body into a kiln for firing; and 4, cooling is conducted, specifically, an internal circulation air cooling mode is adopted in the early stage, a heat exchange device is arranged at the circulation position, then spraying cooling is conducted on the basis of air cooling, and a condensate water recovery device is arranged at the position of a heat exchange structure. And through circulating air cooling and arrangement of the heat exchange device, heat can be collected, circulating air cooling is set in advance, and the water consumption for spraying can be reduced.
本发明提供一种环保仿古青砖的制备工艺,涉及青砖领域。该一种环保防青砖,包含以下重量百分比的原料:废料50~70%、萤石1~3%、莫来石2~4%、石英石5~8%、碳粉0.5~1%,余量为粘土以及一种环保仿古青砖的制备工艺,包括步骤一、混料:各物料按照配比加入清水,充分混合成泥状,进行制坯;步骤二、干燥:坯体阴干,并进行曝晒;步骤三、烧制:将干燥后的坯体置于窑炉中进行烧制;步骤四、冷却:前期采用内循环风冷的方式,并且循环处设置一个换热装置,接着在风冷的基础上进行喷淋冷却,并在换热结构出设置有冷凝水回收装置。通过循环风冷,并设置有换热装置,可收集热量,预先设置循环风冷,可减少喷淋的用水量。
