The ceramic precursor is synthesized from methyl dichlorosilane and methyl chloromethyl dichlorosilane, then the ceramic precursor is modified with borazine, the high-temperature-resistant modified ceramic precursor is further obtained, meanwhile, zirconium dioxide, carbon fibers, silicon dioxide and molybdenum disilicide are added, the density of the ceramic is improved, and the service life of the ceramic is prolonged.
