The invention discloses a speed bump based on a rotary friction nanometer generator and a self-driven light emitting method thereof. Comprising a self-driven light-emitting deceleration strip, a light sensing module, a self-driven light-emitting working module, a friction nano-generator energy recovery unit and an energy conversion and supply system. A friction nano-generator in the friction nano-generator energy recovery unit is of a rotary structure, one of two rotary friction layers is fixed, and a compression device reciprocates up and down to drive a friction layer of the rotary friction nano-generator to rotate. In the rolling process of a vehicle, the electrodes on the two friction layers rotate relatively, and friction charges are generated. The vibration energy in the vehicle running process is recovered and then is supplied to the light-emitting working module through the energy conversion supply system, the light sensing module controls the deceleration strip to emit light according to ambient light, the deceleration strip can work under the dark light conditions such as night, rainy days and foggy weather, passing vehicles are prompted to decelerate and pass in advance, the driving comfort is improved, and the driving safety is improved. Potential safety hazards are reduced.
