The invention discloses a piezoelectric film flexible sensing-based pore pressure static penetrometer, which comprises a probe, a detection rod and a sensor detection device, the probe is arranged at the lower part of the detection rod, the sensor detection device comprises a piezoelectric conical tip resistance sensor, a piezoelectric side friction resistance sensor, a piezoelectric pore pressure sensor and a piezoelectric inclinometry sensor, and the piezoelectric conical tip resistance sensor is connected with the piezoelectric side friction resistance sensor. A cavity is formed in the detection rod, and the piezoelectric pore pressure sensor and the piezoelectric inclinometry sensor are fixed in the cavity; the piezoelectric conical tip resistance sensors are distributed on the outer ring face of the first deformation ring column, and the piezoelectric side friction resistance sensors are distributed on the outer ring face of the second conical ring. According to the invention, a detection system based on the CPTU probe is unified by a piezoelectric film flexible sensing technology, the full-coverage distributed test of the conical tip resistance and the side friction resistance of the CPTU probe is realized, and the conical tip resistance and the side friction resistance are obtained according to the average dynamic stress and strain of multiple points, so that the measurement error is greatly reduced.
