PHC pipe pile and cement soil composite pile construction method
The invention discloses a construction method of a composite pile of a PHC pipe pile and cemented soil. The construction method comprises the steps that a construction site is leveled and tamped; drilling operation is conducted through a long spiral drilling machine, and meanwhile a grouting pipe is inserted; after the grouting pipe is placed into the soil layer by a preset depth, the drill rod is lifted, continuous high-pressure grouting is conducted from bottom to top through the grouting pipe, on-site undisturbed soil and cement paste are stirred to form a cement-soil cementing material, and a high-pressure jet grouting pile section is formed on the lower portion of the drilled hole; and before the cement soil cementing material is initially set, a PHC pipe pile is pressed into the high-pressure jet grouting pile section through a static pressure pile machine, so that the PHC pipe pile is implanted into the high-pressure jet grouting pile section. The problem that noise is large when the PHC prestressed pipe pile is constructed through a hammering method is solved.
本发明公开了一种PHC管桩与水泥土的复合桩施工方法，包括：施工场地平整和夯实；通过长螺旋钻机进行钻孔作业，同时插入注浆管；在所述注浆管置入土层预定深度后，提升钻杆并通过注浆管自下而上连续高压注浆，利用现场原状土和水泥浆搅拌形成水泥土胶凝材料，于钻孔的下部形成高压旋喷桩段；在所述水泥土胶凝材料初凝之前，通过静压桩机将PHC管桩压入所述高压旋喷桩段内，使得所述PHC管桩植入所述高压旋喷桩段中。本发明解决了PHC预应力管桩采用锤击法施工存在噪音大的问题。
