Anti-seismic beam clamp and connecting structure
The invention discloses an anti-seismic beam clamp and a connecting structure, and relates to the technical field of building construction accessories. The clamp comprises an outer clamp body and an inner clamp body arranged on the inner side of the outer clamp body. The outer clamp body and the inner clamp body are each provided with a clamping groove used for containing a clamped object. A pressing block is arranged below the clamping groove and penetrates through the inner clamp and the outer clamp, a fixing piece which can be movably adjusted and extrudes towards the clamping groove is arranged on the pressing block, the fixing piece is used for fixing a clamped object in the clamping groove in an engaged mode, and an acute angle is formed between the longitudinal direction of the fixing piece and the opening direction of the clamping groove. The structure arrangement of the adjusting pressing block, the fixing piece, the inner clamp, the outer clamp and the clamping groove is adopted; therefore, the problem that the beam clamp is poor in anti-seismic performance in the using process is solved. The inner beam clamp and the outer beam clamp are both formed by bending Q235B and above plates, materials are simple and easy to obtain, only simple stamping and bending are needed for manufacturing, continuous and automatic production can be achieved, the material cost is low, automatic production can be applied, and the production efficiency is high.
本发明公开了一种抗震梁夹及连接结构,涉及建筑施工配件技术领域。本发明包括外夹具,设于外夹具内侧的内夹具,外夹具和内夹具上均设有用于放置被夹持物的夹持槽;夹持槽下方设置有压块,压块贯穿内夹具和外夹具设置,压块上设有可活动调节并朝夹持槽挤压的固定件,固定件用于将被夹持物咬合固定在夹持槽内,且固定件的纵向方向与夹持槽的开口方向成锐角设置。本发明通过调整压块、固定件、内夹具和外夹具以及夹持槽的结构设置;从而解决梁夹在使用过程中抗震性能较差问题;内梁夹和外梁夹同为Q235B及以上等级板材折弯而成,材料都简单易得,制造只需简单冲压和折弯,可连续自动生产,材料成本低,且皆可运用自动化生产,生产效率高。
