The invention discloses a mixed SMA-steel fiber concrete reinforced concrete column formwork and a reinforcing method. The reinforcing method comprises the steps that the surface of a to-be-reinforced concrete column is polished; preparing an SMA-steel fiber concrete filling material; a concrete column reinforcing formwork is installed and reinforced; an SMA-steel fiber concrete filling material is poured; removing the concrete to reinforce the concrete column reinforcing template; and electrifying and exciting the reinforced concrete soil column. According to the concrete column reinforcing method, active prestress is applied to reinforce a building structure, the cracking load of components is increased, and corrosion of internal steel bars is prevented; the template is simple and convenient to assemble and disassemble and can be repeatedly used; the novel excitation mode solves the problem that the efficiency of the traditional excitation mode is low due to low thermal conductivity of concrete; the internal SMA fibers can reduce generation and development of concrete micro-cracks in a fire disaster due to prestress of the internal SMA fibers, heat is prevented from entering the concrete, steel bars are heated and melted, and the reliability of the structure in the fire disaster is improved; the whole construction process is convenient and ideal in cost control.
