When the storey-adding body is vibrated, the storey-adding body moves through a connecting disc and a moving seat, so that installation of the storey-adding body is ensured, a sliding plate is reset after an earthquake, the sliding plate drives a top plate to push a cross rod, the moving seat is reset, the connecting disc is driven by a second spring to reset, resetting of the storey-adding body is achieved, and the maintenance cost after the earthquake is reduced.
