Reinforcing agent for planting concrete and preparation method thereof
The invention aims to provide a reinforcing agent for planting concrete and a preparation method of the reinforcing agent, and the reinforcing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of nano silicon dioxide; 2-5 parts of a silane coupling agent; 1-3 parts of polypropylene fiber; 3-8 parts of redispersible latex powder; 10 to 20 parts of metakaolin; 1-3 parts of a water reducing agent; 0.5 to 1 part of a defoaming agent; and 30-50 parts of water. The particle size of the nano silicon dioxide is 20 to 50nm. And the silane coupling agent is gamma-aminopropyl triethoxy silane. The invention further discloses a preparation method of the silane coupling agent. The length of the polypropylene fiber is 3-6 mm, and the diameter of the polypropylene fiber is 10-20 microns. The water reducing agent is a polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent. The defoaming agent is an organic silicon defoaming agent. The preparation method of the planting concrete reinforcing agent comprises the following steps: step 1, adding nano silicon dioxide and metakaolin into water, and stirring at a rotating speed of 500-800r/min for 10-15min, so that the nano silicon dioxide and the metakaolin are fully dispersed; step 2, sequentially adding the silane coupling agent, the polypropylene fiber, the redispersible latex powder, the water reducing agent and the defoaming agent into the mixture, and stirring for 20-30 minutes at the rotating speed of 800-1000r/min until the materials are uniformly mixed, so as to obtain the reinforcing agent for the planting concrete. Therefore, the strength and durability of the planting concrete are remarkably improved.
