Method for preparing silicon nitride ceramic through low-drying-stress gel injection molding
The invention relates to a low-drying-stress method for preparing silicon nitride ceramic through gel injection molding, which comprises the following steps: mixing a monomer, a cross-linking agent and deionized water, adding a dispersing agent, a suspending agent and a defoaming agent, stirring, adding silicon nitride powder and a sintering aid, adding a regulator and a filler, mixing, and carrying out vacuum defoaming, so as to obtain the low-drying-stress silicon nitride ceramic. Adding a catalyst and an initiator to obtain slurry, curing for 10-100 minutes at the temperature of 18-25 DEG C, molding, demolding to obtain a green body, drying the green body, sintering, and preserving heat to obtain silicon nitride ceramic; the filling agent is a chitosan modified polyurethane prepolymer, the filling agent accounts for 0.5-2% of the mass of the slurry, and the conditioning agent is tetraethylammonium hydroxide. The method has the effects of reducing the ceramic drying shrinkage rate and improving the product quality.
