Foam concrete performance improving method
The invention discloses a foam concrete performance improving method. The performance improving method comprises the following steps: firstly, soaking a demolded and hardened foam concrete block in an aluminum nitrate solution, taking out and draining; secondly, sealing the drained foam concrete blocks with a plastic film, heating the foam concrete blocks to 105 DEG C in a constant-temperature curing box, and keeping the constant temperature for more than 10 minutes; then, the heated foam concrete is placed in a closed space, silicon tetrafluoride gas is filled after vacuumizing, and the plastic film is removed; finally, the device is placed at the temperature of 75-85 DEG C for heating and curing, the air pressure is controlled to be not lower than 0.3 MPa, and finally the foam concrete with improved performance is obtained. The foam concrete prepared by the method disclosed by the invention can ensure the porosity while improving the strength of the concrete, and improves the thermal insulation performance of the concrete, namely, reduces the heat conductivity coefficient of the concrete and reduces the cracking property of the concrete.
本发明公开了一种泡沫混凝土性能提升方法。本发明所述性能提升方法包括:首先,将脱模硬化后的泡沫混凝土块在硝酸铝溶液中浸泡后,取出沥干;其次,将沥干后的泡沫混凝土块采用塑料薄膜封闭,在恒温养护箱加热至105℃,恒温保持10min以上;然后,将加热后的泡沫混凝土放置在封闭空间中,抽真空后,充入四氟化硅气体并拆除塑料薄膜;最后,将该装置放置在75~85℃温度条件下加热养护,控制气压不低于0.3MPa,最终得到性能提升后的泡沫混凝土。通过采用本发明方法制备的泡沫混凝土能够在提高混凝土强度的同时,保证其孔隙率,提高混凝土的保温隔热性能即降低其导热系数,降低开裂性。
