The method comprises the following steps: S1, weighing materials; s2, screening ceramsite; s3, preparing slurry; s4, the ceramsite is subjected to sizing; s5, equivalently adding the polypropylene fibers into the foam concrete with the formed slurry for several times, and stirring; s6, adding the treated ceramsite, stirring for 60 seconds, adding the foam concrete prepared in S7 into a stirrer, and stirring for 3-5 minutes; and S7, indoor forming is carried out, standing is carried out for 20 minutes after full filling of the slurry, screeding is carried out, standing is carried out for 2 days, and mold removing is carried out. The method has the advantage that the strength of the foam concrete is greatly improved under the condition that other advantages of the foam concrete exist.
