The invention relates to a rail bolt operation vehicle. The rail bolt operation vehicle comprises a trolley sliding along a rail, a mounting frame connected with the trolley in a sliding mode, a driving device arranged on the mounting frame and a loosening and taking device used for loosening and clamping bolts. The loosening device is connected with the output end of the driving device so as to move up and down relative to the mounting frame; a centering device is further arranged on the installation frame, the centering device descends under the action of the driving device and clamps the bolt from the two sides of the bolt, and when the centering device clamps the bolt, the installation frame is pushed to move relative to the trolley, so that the operation end of the loosening and taking device is aligned with the bolt. By means of the operation vehicle, the bolt replacement efficiency can be greatly improved, and therefore the rail maintenance efficiency is improved.
