The invention relates to a heating system for ground surface deicing, which comprises an air supply pipeline, which is used for being connected with a boiler secondary air system and is used for being arranged above the ground surface; the heater is arranged on the gas supply pipeline and is used for heating flue gas in the gas supply pipeline; the heat supply pipeline is connected to the air supply pipeline in a bypass mode in an on-off mode, the air inlet end of the heat supply pipeline is arranged at the air outlet end of the heater, and at least part of the heat supply pipeline is used for being buried underground and used for heating the ground surface. The flue gas is provided for the heat supply pipeline buried underground, the ground surface is heated and deiced through the high-temperature flue gas in the heat supply pipeline, time and labor are saved, the deicing effect is guaranteed, meanwhile, no extra solvent needs to be purchased, no extra human resources need to be consumed, and cost is reduced. In addition, the gas supply pipeline, the heat supply pipeline and the boiler secondary air system communicate with one another, smoke can be recycled, and pollution to a boiler room caused by extra emission is avoided.
