The invention discloses a dredger fill consolidation system and method utilizing microorganisms to assist degradation, the system comprises a vacuum device, a gas-water separator, a storage box, a filter pipe, a plurality of vertical drainage bodies and a plurality of horizontal drainage bodies, one end of the filter pipe is communicated with the vacuum device, and the filter pipe is further respectively communicated with the gas-water separator and the storage box; when the dredger fill consolidation system is applied to dredger fill and is in a working state, the filter pipe is laid on the surface of the dredger fill, the vertical drainage body and the horizontal drainage body are both communicated and connected with the filter pipe, and the filter pipe is connected with the vertical drainage body and the horizontal drainage body. The vertical drainage bodies are distributed at intervals in the axial direction of the filter pipe and are perpendicular to the filter pipe; and the horizontal drainage bodies are horizontally buried in the dredger fill and are distributed in parallel at intervals along different depths of the dredger fill. The consolidation effect is improved, and the post-construction settlement problem is effectively avoided.
