The invention relates to the technical field of soil nail grouting heads, and discloses a soil nail grouting head device which comprises a hard pipe, a hose, a soil nail hole and a soil nail reinforcing steel bar, the top end of the hard pipe is fixedly connected with the hose, the surface of the hard pipe is sleeved with a metal pipe, and the center of the surface of the metal pipe is fixedly sleeved with a limiting ring; and a movable ring is movably arranged on the surface of the metal pipe and located below the limiting ring in a sleeving mode, and an annular groove is formed in the surface of the movable ring. Through cooperation of structures such as the metal pipe, the movable ring, the top block, a movable plate and a triangular block, when the grouting head is plugged into a soil nail hole for grouting, slurry extrudes the movable ring to enable the movable ring to move upwards, and at the moment, the movable ring can open the top block through the movable plate and the triangular block; and the end part of the top block can extrude the inner wall of the soil nail hole so as to increase the upward moving resistance of the grouting head, so that slurry can permeate into the soil nail hole during grouting so as to increase the strength of the soil nail.
