The method comprises the steps that S1, retaining wall plates, fixing bases, concrete beams and short columns are prefabricated, and I-shaped rabbets are reserved in the two sides of each short column; s2, the fixed bases are arranged at intervals, and a short column is fixed to the top of each fixed base; s3, the rabbets of the adjacent short columns are opposite, and the concrete beams are installed between the rabbets of the adjacent short columns from top to bottom and fall on the fixed bases; s4, mortar is smeared on the concrete beam; s5, prefabricated retaining wall plates are installed between the rabbets of the adjacent short columns from top to bottom and fall on the concrete beams; the short columns are used for resisting lateral pressure of a soil layer, the anti-overturning performance of the structure is improved, the retaining wall plates and the short columns are combined to form a whole through the limitation of the rabbets, factory prefabrication can be carried out during construction of the assembly type prefabricated concrete retaining wall, waste of main materials is greatly reduced, meanwhile, installation is convenient and fast, the field operation period is greatly shortened, and the construction cost is reduced; and component cracking caused by settlement difference can be greatly reduced.
